McKenzie
​Kennel Attendant
McKenzie was born and raised in Chilliwack BC and has lived in Dawson Creek for almost ten years. She adores all animals but has a special place in my heart for dogs and cats. She currently has two trouble making cats  Carl and Edgar, both of which were rescue situations. As a Kennel Attendant, she enjoys all the new animals big and small that she gets to meet and especially loves having the chance to get to know familiar patients and boarding animals. McKenzie enjoys taking road trips to new places and seeing how many new local cafes and restaurants she can find along the way!

McKenzie has completed Fear Free Boarding and Daycare Certification Program and can now proudly call herself a Fear Free Certified® Professional!

Makalia
​Boarding Attendant and Kennel Attendant
​Makalia was born in Saskatchewan and moved to Dawson Creek when she was one, where she has been ever since.  Makalia is an avid swimmer and skier, but her passion is animals. When Makalia isn’t working, she’s busy with her four cats;  Minifanta, Pepsi, Sprite and Mountain Dew .   All four cats were rescued from local organizations & have made life pretty interesting! 
Makalia’s dream job has always been to work with animals so she’s very excited to join the team at the clinic.
