Jeneen
Jeneen lives in Progress, BC. She is originally from Pennsylvania and has been living in Dawson Creek since 2010. She raises highland cattle and raises and shows Clydesdale draft horses. Jeneen is a large animal vet assistant at the clinic and really enjoys meeting new people. She also enjoys working with the vets and learning more about the health and well-being of horses, cattle and other large animals. |
Gabby
Veterinary Assistant Gabby was born in Dawson Creek and raised on a farm in Groundbirch BC. She enjoys barrel racing and chasing cows, camping, quading and hunting. While Gabby works in both our large and small animal departments, she really loves working in the large animal side of things at the clinic, learning as much as she can about horse health. She is excited to be working at the clinic, meeting new people and learning new things. |
Lacy
Veterinary Assistant Lacy joined the clinic in 2019. Born and raised in Ontario, she moved to Dawson creek in 2014 and fell in love with the town and people. Lacy has had a few different career paths in her life; mechanic, chef and now a veterinary assistant. She believes she has found her true calling in life and absolutely loves working with animals. Lacy plans to pursue and education and career as a Registered Veterinary Technician. Lacy is currently enjoying time at home on maternity leave. Congratulations Lacy! |
Raegan
Raegan grew up in Pincher Creek in southern Alberta and worked at the local Country Vets clinic. She grew up helping out family friends on their farms/ranches and frequently going into the mountains. Raegan has 2 horses: Big Jake and Little Man, and loves dogs and working with cattle. She enjoys learning new skills and loves the vet clinic environment because it's an ongoing opportunity to learn and help animals and their owners. |
Lindsay
Lindsay was born Kamloops B.C but moved to Dawson Creek at a very young age. She has always loved all animals. She grew up on her family hobby farm with horses, goats, dogs and cats. Lindsay loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and horseback riding. She was previously working as a Vet assistant at the DC vet clinic for 4 years and after taking a short break to work on her husband’s family farm, has now returned to work at the clinic and is enjoying it. |

Madison
Vet Assistant
Madison was born in Dawson Creek, BC but was raised in Watson Lake, Yukon where she joined equine 4-H and found her love for working with animals at the fairgrounds. She competed in skiing for many years until moving back to Dawson Creek 4 years ago and now enjoys teaching others to ski in the winter. Madison graduated high school in 2019 and plans to pursue post-secondary to become a vet tech! Madison enjoys both large and small animal but is also interested and plans to learn more about exotics. She currently has a dog named Penny and a cat named Lola who keep her on her toes! She enjoys helping and caring for all animals and constantly learning new things at the clinic.

Meagan
Meagan grew up in Whitecourt, Alberta. She has had animals for as long as she can remember. Meagan grew up in town, so always had small animals, but loved horses and spent many summers and spring breaks on a family friend’s cattle ranch riding horses and rounding up cows. She moved up north several years ago and started her own little funny farm with chickens, goats, horses, sheep as well as 2 dogs and 3 cats. Meagan’s favorite part of working at the clinic is that she never stops learning and every day is so different and exciting in its own way, with some of the best teachers and coworkers! Meagan plans on Completing RVT training through Thompson River University in the next few years. |
